    Auction Terms and Conditions: $5,000 nonrefundable downpayment due at close of auction with remaining balance due upon delivery of deed and title policy. Seller will pay taxes due and payable in 2020 with buyer to assume taxes due and payable in May 2021 and thereafter. A staked survey will be provided with the cost split 50/50 between buyer and seller. Title Search and title policy costs to be split 50/50 between buyer and seller. Possession of real estate shall be delivered to buyer at closing. Buyer Broker Administration Fee of $1000 to be paid to auction company by buyer. Not responsible for accidents.
